Training and Capacity Building

SDA empowers the local workforce by transforming traditional farming into a skilled profession. Through Farmers’ Groups, the organisation conducts regular training on resilient crop varieties and modern organic practices, and assists groups with formal government registration to unlock state benefits. The farm also serves as a training ground for vocational students, enabling them to graduate as qualified agriculture professionals ready to support their communities.
