SDA bridges the gap between education and employment through market-relevant skills and hands-on training. A key feature is Achim’s Agriculture Field, a 17,576 sq. m. hub where students and farmers master modern farming practices. Beyond agriculture, SDA provides vocational support for trades like sanitary pad making, sewing, and commercial livestock farming. To ensure long-term success, the organisation facilitates exposure visits to commercial farms and excursions for health volunteers (FCHVs) to neighbouring municipalities, fostering peer-to-peer learning and professional growth.
